Ms. Lauren Monks

Lauren Monks, a proud native of Pittsburgh, PA, has been captivating audiences with her harp playing since childhood. Under the tutelage of Ms. Julia Ann Scott and Dr. Gretchen Van Hoesen, she honed her skills and has since performed with the Duquesne University Wind Ensemble, among other ensembles. In 2022, Lauren achieved a significant milestone by winning the International Youth Music on Harp, showcasing her exceptional talent and dedication to her craft.
